Scope of Engagement
Automation library assets and bespoke workflows are delivered under a separate written statement of work agreed upon between Avenix and your enterprise. These terms govern your use of this website and preliminary communications only.
Intellectual Property
Site content, including copy, design, and the Avenix mark, is the property of Avenix. Workflow logic engineered specifically for your enterprise under a statement of work is licensed to you for operational use as defined in that agreement.
No Warranty on Preliminary Information
Information on this site, including discovery meetings, is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding proposal until formalized in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Avenix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to delivered engineering work is governed by your executed statement of work.
